The hearing will last for two days, commencing first thing on Tuesday 17 July, where the claimant will put their case forward, and we will then respond. Both sides will then sum up what they’ve heard over the two days. Following this we will await the ruling from the judge, which will follow in due course. We hope the ruling won’t take too long to be delivered, but it could be anything from a few weeks to a few months.
Once we have been informed of the outcome we will announce it on the Dorset’s Vision website.
