A future location for the community hub in Shaftesbury will need to be developed, in recognition that Shaftesbury Hospital has significant infrastructure limitations. This will reduce the potential to develop the range of outpatients, ambulatory care, diagnostics and other services on this site for the Shaftesbury, Gillingham and West Wiltshire population.
