It has come to our attention that there are some false statements being made about the recent Judicial Review.
The statements make allegations which are incorrect and unfounded – especially those suggesting that the CCG has confirmed that the CSR plans would result in increased clinical risk to 396 people per year and the travel times quoted in a the letter to parish councils.
The statements refer to the Judicial Review bought by Anna Hinsull against the CCG and which was heard on July 17/18 2018. The judgement is yet to be handed down.
The comments made are merely opinions, not facts and we would not wish people to be misled.
We await the court’s judgement and any comment on it at this stage is purely speculation.
