The Mental Health Acute Care public consultation will start on the 1 February 2017 and will end on the 31 March 2017.
From 1 February you will be able to:
- Download a Mental Health Consultation Document and complete the questionnaire
- Collect a Mental Health Consultation Document from your GP, Community Mental Health Team Office or local library. You will then be able to complete the questionnaire and send it in the free post envelope to Bournemouth University, who is processing the responses on our behalf.
You can also attend one of 15 drop-in events, which we will hold in locations across Dorset.
